I have been in leadership positions at all levels during my time playing RP servers, and I have experienced of each level to understand the conduct and work needed to make each work well. For example, time periods where I was a junior officer taught me how to communicate with and lead other players directly (especially with the constraint of the interaction being over a video game). My time in higher positions had me writing documents/planning and communicating with server admin and leadership, so that taught me how to become better in those circumstances. I am applying specifically for Reichsfuhrer Personal Staff due to my own familiarity with the role, as that was my own role on Imperium Gaming's 1942 server before becoming the Gestapo commander. As a personal staff I was mainly creating documents and orders but also was a bodyguard for the RF during events. Therefore, I am familiar with both the administrative and action-oriented jobs of the role. -What makes you better than other applicants for this position?: I have been playing GMod since 2018 and the vast majority of my hours were on Imperium Gaming's WW2 Axis vs Allies server. During 2018 I was a staff NCO and commissioned officer during the latter half of that year. After 2018 I was a Hauptmann for the Axis military police until Imperium Gaming shut down right before summer of 2019. I then played on a 101st Airborne Nutscript server where I believe I spent most of my time as a platoon sergeant. Shortly after this Imperium Gaming came back online and I would go on to be an officer in each version of IG that would come out (it tended to shut down quite a bit for several different reasons that were unique to each version). My highest IG rank and the one I believe is most relevant to the position I am applying for was Standartenfuhrer and commander of the Gestapo on IG's 1942 server (although I was a personal staff to the RF before that). I stopped playing IG around early 2021 and then played various NS servers (Typhon being one of them) until I stopped playing GMod. My hours on the old Typhon server were greatly spent with clifford the big red demon#1941, who introduced me to the server. However, I believe that out of my estimated 1300 hours just playing Imperium Gaming, 95% was spent in a leadership position of some sort that either had me creating documents or actually leading players. -How much can you be on for this position?: I can be for 2, perhaps 3 hours on most weekdays. On Saturdays and most Fridays I can play for much longer, usually around 5-6 hours.
